Alfonzo AlexanderAlfonzo Alexander serves as chief ethics and diversity officer of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) and president of NASBA’s Center for the Public Trust (CPT). In his role as President of the CPT, Alexander oversees this ethics and leadership organization’s day-to-day operations and a growing number of CPT programs. Under his leadership, the CPT has cultivated new partnerships and built programs on nearly 100 college and university campuses across the United States, established Ethical Leadership Certification and Training Programs, and grown its Being a Difference Award Program extensively. As chief ethics and diversity officer, Alexander oversees strategic diversity initiatives and ethics compliance for the organization, while facilitating a number of special projects working with the CEO. Linda FerrellDr. Linda Ferrell is a professor and chair of the Marketing Department at the Raymond J. Harbert College of Business at Auburn University. She was previously a University Distinguished Chair in Business Ethics at Belmont University. Her research interests include: marketing and society, social responsibility, and business ethics education. She has published in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Public Policy & Marketing, AMS Review, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management, Journal of Macromarketing, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Teaching Business Ethics, European Journal of Marketing, Case Research Journal as well as others. She is co-author of Business Ethics: Ethical Decision Making and Cases, Business and Society and Business in a Changing World. She is President Elect of the Academy of Marketing Science and on the Ethics Committee of the American Marketing Association. OC FerrellDr. O.C. Ferrell is the James T. Pursell Eminent Scholar in Ethics and Director of the Center for Organizational Ethical Cultures at the Raymond J. Harbert College of Business at Auburn University. He was previously a University Distinguished Chair in Business Ethics at Belmont University. He is also co-editor of e-businessethics.com, e-businessethics.net, and the Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative at UNM. His academic research focuses on ethical decision making, stakeholder relationships and social responsibility. Dr. Ferrell is the co-author of 20 books and more than 100 articles. His articles have been published in the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, AMS Review, Journal of Public Policy & Marketing, and Academy of Management Executive as well as other journals. Ryan Hirsch

Ryan Hirsch formerly served as the vice president and operations director for NASBA’s Center for the Public Trust (CPT). Currently, he serves as senior director, head of Market Development for Surgent Professional Education. Mr. Hirsch is passionate about teaching current and future leaders how to identify and effectively respond to ethical dilemmas. Mr. Hirsch earned his Master of Education degree in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College. He uses these skills to help teach young leaders how to identify and effectively respond to ethical dilemmas.
