National Awards Program Announces Call for Nominations

NASHVILLE (March 1, 2012) – The NASBA Center for the Public Trust (CPT) supports and promotes ethical principles and leadership among business professionals and the business community. Today, the ethics organization announced the 2012-2013 call for nominations for its nationally-recognized, Being a Difference Award program.

Established in 2006, the Being a Difference Award program honors individuals for their exceptional contributions to ethical leadership in business. Past recipients have spanned the spectrum of Fortune 500 executives to individuals who have worked courageously, but quietly, in support of the public trust. A total of 16 honorees have been named since the program’s inception.

The NASBA CPT is currently seeking nominations from a variety of businesses and industries across the nation. NASBA CPT supporters and the business community at-large are encouraged to nominate individuals who are Being a Difference – in their respective careers, communities and other endeavors by embodying the very best in principled behavior and integrity.
