Robbie Narcisse, vice president of global ethics and business practices for Pitney Bowes, was recently honored with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy Center for the Public Trust’s Being a Difference Award for her high standard of social responsibility and ethical leadership in business.
The award was presented during a Feb. 21 reception at the Pitney Bowes national office in Stamford, Conn.
In her role at Pitney Bowes, Narcisse leads efforts to ensure that worldwide business operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations and all company policies and procedures are implemented with the highest ethical standards. During her tenure, Pitney Bowes was named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute in 2010 and for four other consecutive years.
"We are proud to award Robbie Narcisse the Being a Difference Award," said NASBA CPT president Alfonzo Alexander, in a statement. "We are impressed with her efforts to ensure ethics and compliance are relevant and top-of-mind at Pitney Bowes. Her ability to provide positive leadership and influence in her environment proves that she is truly being a difference."
