Jennifer Bouchard

As chief people and administration officer with Figure 8 (parent to the Museum of Ice Cream, Home Quart and Hiatus), Bouchard is responsible for the business planning and culture, administration, human resources, talent, learning, internal communications and change management functions across the company portfolio. Prior to joining Figure 8, she served as the director of talent experience and change enablement for Meta (formerly Facebook Inc.). Bouchard is a graduate of the University of Alabama and former employee of the CPT. Additionally, she serves on the Vision Cameroon Youth Basketball and SXSW advisory boards.
