Jennifer Bouchard
Jennifer Bouchard is the chief people officer for Figure8, the parent company of the world-renowned and award-winning Museum of Ice Cream and Home Quart brands. Figure 8 is an experience-first company that builds experiums – places that create culture-shifting and immersive experiences.
Previously, she was the global talent enablement leader for Meta (formerly Facebook, Inc). Bouchard spent 11 years in various positions within Meta and Facebook, from working as the internal and corporate communications manager, to the lead for global community programs and operations, to the global manager for candidate experience and events; as well as the head of talent brand and diversity partnerships.
Bouchard was formerly the manager of programs for the NASBA Center for the Public Trust. In this role, she directed a start-up of the national student initiative, the Student Center for the Public Trust, involving faculty and students from 12 universities. She also led the development and recruiting for the Center’s national membership program. A graduate of the University of Alabama, she holds a BS in public relations communications + political science.
Bouchard serves as an advisory board member for the SXSW (South by Southwest). SXSW is an annual conglomeration of parallel film, interactive media, and music festivals and conferences organized jointly that take place in Austin, TX. Additionally, she has been a committee member and volunteer for the Ivy Social, Monroe Harding, Inc., the Junior League of Nashville, Inc., and Y.E.S. (Youth Encouragement Services).
