Barry Berkowitz, CPA

Berkowitz practices public accounting through Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C., an independent CPA firm, where he chairs the firm’s HUD Task Force. Currently, he serves as a director-at-large on the NASBA Board of Directors and as chair of the NASBA CBT Administration Committee for 2023-24. Berkowitz recently concluded a nine-year term on the Board of Examiners, including two years as its chair. He was recently appointed by his state CPA society to serve on the AICPA Council and as NASBA’s representative on the Auditing Standards Board.
