Join senior recruiters and subject matter experts to discuss the importance of ethics and integrity in the recruiting and candidate selection process.

About the Program
During this event, senior recruiters and subject matter experts from leading national companies will share with students ethical traps to avoid during the recruiting process, as well as campus and volunteer activities to highlight their positive moral and ethical standing.   This will also be a great opportunity for students to participate in the discussion and ask questions of the panel.

The panel will be highlighted by Ken Bouyer, Americas Director of Inclusiveness Recruiting, Ernsty & Young; Andre Lee, National Director of Talent Management, InRoads and Blane Ruschak, Executive Director of University Relations & Recruiting, KPMG.

A light networking lunch will be provided from 11:30 a.m. to noon.  The forum will begin at noon and end promptly at 1:45 p.m.
