Online or in bookstores, the numbers of books about “leadership” are almost as numerous as those about cooking.

Seems that all you have to do is follow the rules – the recipe – and Kaazam!, you’re a leader!

Compare this to what we see today in business, in education, in sports and in government. Where are the real leaders? Why do we see scandals everywhere? What is going on? Have our leaders all gone wacko?

Our leaders in government enabled willing Wall Street firms and bankers to crash our markets. Congress gets the lowest ratings in memory. Who is leading them?
