Beth BialyBeth Bialy is the firm leader of Plante & Moran’s Governmental Group in Southfield, Michigan.  Ms. Bialy has 25 years of experience with the firm and specializes in local government auditing and consulting. Nominator Gordon Krater, also of Plante & Moran, explains, “…she is the last line of defense on any ethical issues that may arise in our governmental practice, and she understands the gravity of making those decisions – that our responsibility is to the public and the readers of the financial statements.”
