Sara Irving serves as the Development and Student Program Specialist for the NASBA Center for the Public Trust (CPT). Her primary roles are to raise funds for the support of the CPT’s program operations through individual and corporate giving, grants, and development events, and serves as a chapter account representative for Student CPT programs.
Previously, Sara worked for the Boy Scouts of America, where she recruited youth to join the adventure, orientated and trained adult volunteers, and raised funds through an annual giving campaign and product sales.
Sara received a Bachelor of Science in Communications at Eastern Michigan University in 2016 and is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) through the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. While at EMU, Sara enjoyed her time working as a Tour Guide and Resident Advisor. She loved sharing her higher education journey, directing students to social and academic resources on campus, and building friendships.
In her free time Sara explores the greater Bowling Green and Nashville area with her husband, watches Chicago sports, and discovers new parks with her puppy.
